Should really have gone windsurfing as the wind was perfect but I had said I'd go biking, then said I couldn;t then said I would so felt obliged to meet the others up at Pendam.

Met Dave, Jimbo and Gavin their and headed off around the top of the Pendam trail to the visitor centre and then out to Nant-y-Moch. Met Simon, Jimmy and Joe on our travels too.

New bottom bracket and rear wheel seemd fine and I don't think I broke anything this time which is the first ride in ages that I haven't broken something so that was a result.
